Audio Designer

Vilnius, Lithuania

We're on the hunt for a talented Audio Designer to join our team at Pepi Play. If you're passionate about creating immersive sound experiences for games and have a knack for capturing the essence of adventure through audio, we want to hear from you!

Work Arrangement

  • Project-based assignments, Freelance
  • Occasional in-office collaboration

Job Responsibilities

  • Take the lead in crafting captivating audio for our games, ensuring every sound enhances the player's experience.
  • Collaborate closely with our creative team to align audio direction with game concepts.
  • Create and present initial audio concepts for new projects.
  • Develop high-quality sound effects, music loops, and ambient tracks to bring our games to life.
  • Record and edit voiceovers, particularly those aimed at children, to add personality and charm to our characters.
  • Implement audio assets seamlessly within the Unity game engine, working closely with coders to ensure optimal integration.
  • Maintain project schedules and deadlines, ensuring timely delivery of audio assets.
  • Drive continuous improvement in audio design processes and workflows.


  • Strong creative skills and a passion for game development.
  • Proven experience in sound recording, mixing, and editing.
  • Proficiency in industry-standard audio software such as  Adobe Audition.
  • Ability to lead and inspire a team, fostering creativity and collaboration.
  • Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
  • Experience in the video game industry is a plus.
  • Familiarity with Unity and version control systems like GitHub is an advantage.
